Miralix, headquartered in Denmark, has developed an entire suite of soft applications for desktop call control, presence management, database integration and database synchronization, as well as full MS Outlook and Notes integration for call management and call status control. The Miralix solution offers status monitoring of mobile extensions as well as desktop extensions. The recent introduction of support for Microsoft’s OCS allows for real time communications including instant messaging, VoIP, audio and video conferencing as well as presence management to see at-a-glance if someone is available and contact them with a click using instant messaging, a phone call or a video conference.
